My Non-RemarkableTek site keeps crashing or isn’t displaying correctly. Can you fix it? 2014-01-03T16:59:59+00:00

If your site is experiencing problems, we can evaluate it from “the outside” and try to rule out theme, plugin, or script issues that could be the cause of the problem. If your crashing or issues are coming directly from your web hosting, then switching to RemarkableTek should remedy the issue. Contact Us for a free consultation to discuss your site with us.

Are there bandwidth limits? 2014-01-03T16:59:33+00:00

RemarkableTek does have a bandwidth limit on our hosting plans, which are listed under each account. This is typically enough bandwidth to handle over 98% of customers that we host. We also recommend using our Content Delivery Network (CDN) service (included in all hosting accounts) to use as a download point of your videos, graphics, CSS and other files. This will make your site very fast and will not count against your monthly data transfer. If your site is one of the few that does require additional transfer, it is only $5/mo for an additional 5 TB of transfer.

Typically, we will contact you in order to try and resolve the issue if we notice any suspicious activity on your account that is causing an abuse of resources.
